Thato Monareng’s New Splints

Ankles and Feet

This is Thato Monareng, one of our little patients who has been fitted with his new splints. He has Hydrocephalus which has impaired the normal function of his legs. The AFO’s keep his ankles and feet anatomically aligned to prevent deformity. He also sees Diana Kleyn (occupational therapist) on a regular basis for assessments and therapy.
